Testimonials from former participants (view)
I came to Insertech at the age of 21, suspicious and revolted after a difficult past. My career path is one of the best invested six months of my life. Not only did Insertech help me (more than I thought) to achieve my professional goal, but it also helped me for several years with other issues on which I did not expect to receive help. I am now a graduate and have been working in my field since 2008. I know there’s a little Insertech in there and for that I sincerely thank them!
Raphaël (2003), automotive technical advisor
When I arrived in Quebec in January 2010 at the age of 26, I couldn’t find work and felt isolated. I had the chance to join Insertech. A rich training, with a very professional team that I will never forget. Many doors opened after my time at Insertech. Today I am a computer technician at Dominion Blueline Inc. and I am the network manager’s assistant. I would like to thank the entire Insertech Angus team. Congratulations and thank you for what you are doing for the environment and for young people!
Boubacar (2010), computer technician
At 20, I was trying to finish high school, but it wasn’t really going well. I was looking for something else. I was accepted at Insertech. I found it very difficult at first but I persevered. I was able to confirm my interest in IT but also work on my self-confidence, on my stress management. Towards the end of the program, I did an internship at iWeb, which then hired me and where I have been working ever since. I’m thinking of studying computer science to advance at iWeb. Thanks to Insertech who has been like a family where I have never felt judged but rather encouraged and supported.
