Net prices, no taxes: GST and QST do not apply to our refurbished used products because Insertech Angus is a charity recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency. However, our new products are taxable.

Genuine Windows license certificate attached to the case.
Windows recovery partition on hard disk for desktop and tower computers only.

The workshop warranty includes parts and labour.

No guarantee on software: problems caused by viruses and unwanted files and/or by a software/application installation by the customer are not guaranteed.

Before leaving a computer in repair, please backup your data.
Insertech cannot be held responsible for any loss of data following a repair.
